Claims and Returns:
- If
you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer
service department immediately at Babybiz@ymail.com
. Please specify your order number.
- All
claims for shortages, damages, returns, etc., must be made within 72 hours
of receipt of merchandise.
- Returns
Should have RA# clearly printed on the outside of the package , the
appropriate address shall be e-mailed to together with the RA#
- Defective
merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location
of the flaw.
- All
returns must be made within 7 days of customer's receipt of
merchandise. The product is undamaged and 100% within its
original packaging and tags. All original receipts and invoices
accompany the purchase.
- No
credit or exchanges will be made without the returned items being received
in our warehouse and inspected.
- Absolutely
NO CASH REFUNDS.
- If
item is returned for size or color exchange, it must be exchanged for an
item of equal value or higher value
- All
returns subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight
charges. Please remember you are responsible for return
freight charges.
- All
unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in
addition to freight charges.
- No
returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return
authorization number issued by one of our customer service
representatives.
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on Personalize Items unless there was an
error on our part such as spelling of name, etc.
- ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on
printed, washed, or decorated merchandise by the buyer. Garments must be
inspected before printing.
- Availability
of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice.
- Baby’s
Basket reserve the right to change any of the above policies and
procedures at any time without prior notice.
Back Orders
Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request. We will
attempt to notify you if any item on your order is not in stock or if there is
a shortage with your order. We reserve the right to substitute items in
event of out of stock or discontinuation of an item. Only an item of
equal quality and value will be substituted.
