Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  We at Baby’s Basket will do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Product is usually shipped within 3 days.   Personalized or embroidered items usually get shipped between 7-10 business days.  Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Please remember that we have several suppliers.  If there are multiple items purchased: all items from the same supplier will ship at the same time unless we are notified of a particular customer request. To save on shipping charges it would be advisable to order your products from the same supplier.  You will know the suppliers by the last 3 letters in the products name.

Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.We do ship to Canada for a $12 surcharge to any existing ship charge.  We do not ship overseas or to PO Boxes. For special situations please email Babybiz@ymail.com

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated with the delivery – this includes 15% re-stocking fee.

Custom/duties (where applicable) are not included in the shipping costs.

We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling. 

We also reserve the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternate carriers. 

We only ship to Canada and the US at this time.  International orders shall not be accepted.

Just to clarify, if you ordered products from WK worth $29.95 and your order with BB is $25.00 and you are located within the Lower 48 States then you shall be charged $13.90 for shipping and handling.

Gift Baskets by GTB

Gift Baskets  by GTB shall be shipped via UPS, DHL or Fedex.  If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order you will receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order. The second confirms your shipment.  We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day. Embroidered items usually get shipped within 7-10 days. Standard shipments leave via DHL and  UPS  Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment.

The major carriers do not have regular Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. Your order will not ship until we confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing your order.This charge will be applied at the time of shipment.

Incorrect or not complete ship to addresses will be charged the DHL/UPS/FedEx fee for correction and re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually $10. For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. DHL/UPS/FedEx allow you to track your order while en route.   

Claims and Returns:

  • If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department immediately at Babybiz@ymail.comPlease specify your order number.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, returns, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returns Should have RA# clearly printed on the outside of the package , the appropriate address shall be e-mailed to together with the RA#
  • Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days of customer's receipt of merchandise.   The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.  All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.
  • No credit or exchanges will be made without the returned items being received in our warehouse and inspected. 
  • Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.  
  • If item is returned for size or color exchange, it must be exchanged for an item of equal value or higher value
  • All returns subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.   Please remember you are responsible for return freight charges.
  • All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges.
  • No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS  on Personalize Items unless there was an error on our part such as spelling of name, etc.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise by the buyer. Garments must be inspected before printing.
  • Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice.
  • Baby’s Basket reserve the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.

Back Orders

Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request.  We will attempt to notify you if any item on your order is not in stock or if there is a shortage with your order.  We reserve the right to substitute items in event of out of stock or discontinuation of an item.  Only an item of equal quality and value will be substituted.

Payments

Baby’s Basket  accepts credit card payments of MasterCard, Visa or American Express.  Credit card payments may be made through our secure server.  We also accept payments via PayPal.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by Baby’s Basket.  Financial information that is collected is used only for the current order.  We do NOT keep financial or credit card information on file.  If you have placed an order at Baby’s Basket, we may from time to time use the email address you provided to send you updated information about products and offerings.  If you do not wish to receive such updates you can remove your address from the mailing list.
